What is the shipping policy?

Please allow 5-7 business days to process an order. Some items can take up to 14 days to be dispatched. We thank you for your understanding.

Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 1-3 business days for the tracking information.

We ship worldwide! Most orders will arrive within 6-10 days depending on your country.

All orders ship DUTY-FREE no matter the country, and there will never be any extra costs after checkout.

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 10 business days before that time.

If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at support@shootbrand.net with your order number so we could further assist you.

All orders over $150 receive free shipping!

At this time, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package. We will not replace any packages.

Yes, we ship all over the world.

A flat rate shipping cost is applied at checkout for all international orders.

Can I return my package?

Please note that all sales are final and we do offer returns for exchange only.

You have 7 days from delivery to contact us for an exchange.
