What is the shipping policy?

Shipping & Processing Information

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days to process your order. Certain items may take up to 14 days to be dispatched. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking details will be provided within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Most orders are expected to arrive within 6-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Duty-Free Shipping: All orders ship duty-free, with no additional costs after checkout, regardless of the destination country.
  • Expedited Shipping: At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please place your order at least 10 business days in advance.
  • Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages: Shootbrand is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to replace any packages.

If your order has not been delivered within the stated time frame, please reach out to us at support@shootbrand.net with your order number, and we will be happy to assist you further.

Do you offer returns?

Due to the exclusivity of our sneakers, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not available at this time.

Clothing items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
